EGYPT. Alexandria. Hadrian, 117-138. Tetradrachm (Billon, 23 mm, 13.46 g, 12 h), RY 18 = 133/4. ΑΥΤ ΚΑIC ΤΡΑΙAN ΑΔΡΙΑNOC CЄΒ Laureate, draped and cuirassed bust of Hadrian to right, seen from behind. Rev. L I-Η Serapis seated left on throne, holding scepter in his left hand and extending his right over Cerberus at his feet to left. Dattari (Savio) 1479-80. Emmett 892.18. K&G 35.571. RPC III 5871. A well centered and attractive piece with an impressive portrait. Good very fine.
